Legal Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and betcas. Please read every clause carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on the platform.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

| "Wager" / "Bet" | Any sum of money staked by a Member on a sporting event, casino game, lottery market, or any other betting product offered on betcas. |
| "Balance" | The total amount of Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) held in a Member's betcas Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and credited winnings. |
| "Bonus Funds" | Any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Member's Account as part of a betcas marketing promotion, subject to separate Bonus Terms. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by betcas before a Member may withdraw funds or access certain platform features. |
| "IDR" / "Rupiah" / "Rp" | Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which betcas accounts are denominated and all transactions are processed. |
| "Prohibited Jurisdiction" | Any country or territory from which betcas is legally barred from accepting registrations, as updated from time to time at betcas's sole discretion. |
Access to and use of the betcas Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:
By registering an Account, you represent and warrant to betcas that all eligibility requirements are met. betcas reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time.
To access the full range of betcas services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. betcas requires, at minimum, a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, and your date of birth.
Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) active Account on betcas at any given time. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances. If you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected] to rectify the situation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). betcas strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You agree to notify betcas immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. betcas will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security.
All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point must be truthful and accurate. You must notify betcas promptly of any changes to your registered details. betcas reserves the right to void bets, forfeit winnings, and close Accounts where fraudulent, inaccurate, or misleading information has been provided.
betcas applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with international anti-money-laundering best practices. Before processing any withdrawal, betcas may require you to submit identity documentation including, but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or SIM), proof of address, and payment method confirmation. KYC reviews are typically completed within 1–24 hours of document submission. Accounts that fail to pass KYC verification may have withdrawal access restricted until documentation is satisfactorily provided.
betcas accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels:
betcas reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the Platform's payment information page.
The minimum deposit amount on betcas is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though betcas may apply enhanced due-diligence procedures to large deposits at its discretion. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance only after betcas has confirmed receipt of cleared funds from the relevant payment provider. betcas does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your name.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts during standard operating hours. betcas does not charge withdrawal processing fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name. betcas may request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds at its discretion.
If your Account Balance includes active Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements, the portion of your Balance attributable to those Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fulfilled. Real-money funds deposited by you that are not subject to any wagering requirement remain withdrawable at any time, subject to minimum withdrawal thresholds.
betcas employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. Any Account suspected of engaging in fraudulent deposit activity, including charge-backs, false dispute claims, or exploitation of payment system errors, will be immediately suspended. betcas reserves the right to reverse transactions, forfeit balances, and report matters to relevant financial authorities in such cases.
betcas offers a range of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and accumulator boosts. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated on the promotion's dedicated page or notification at the time of offer. These General Terms apply to all promotions in addition to any specific terms.
Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement multiplier will be explicitly stated for each promotion. For example, a Bonus of Rp 100.000 with a 25× wagering requirement requires total wagers of Rp 2.500.000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. Only wagers placed with real-money funds (not Bonus Funds themselves, unless specifically stated) may contribute to wagering requirements.
Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, the following standard contribution rates apply on betcas:
All Bonus Funds and their associated wagering requirements expire within 30 calendar days of being credited to your Account, unless the promotion's specific terms state a different expiry period. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
betcas reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers, void bonus-derived winnings, and close Accounts where a Member is found to be exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer. Indicators of promotion abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds exclusively on low-margin games that hedge the wagering requirement, or coordinating with other Members to farm bonuses.
All sports bets placed on betcas are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. betcas offers pre-match and live in-play betting across football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, e-sports, and other disciplines. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip is accepted and a confirmation reference is issued, the odds are locked.
Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator betting) is available on betcas for most pre-match football markets. A minimum of two (2) selections is required to constitute a valid parlay. All selections must win for a parlay to return a payout; if any selection is void, the parlay is recalculated excluding that leg. betcas reserves the right to limit parlay winnings to a maximum payout amount as displayed at the time of bet placement.
All casino games on betcas — including slot gacor (high-payout slot) titles from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and other studios — are powered by certified random-number generators. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are provided by the respective game studios and verified by independent testing laboratories. betcas does not manipulate game outcomes.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on betcas include Togel SGP, Togel HK, Togel SDY, and other regional draws. Results are sourced directly from the official draw operators. betcas is not responsible for delays or discrepancies in draw results caused by the originating draw authority. All togel bets are final once confirmed; no cancellation is permitted after acceptance.
betcas reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: an event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared; a palpable error in odds is identified prior to or after settlement; a market is suspended and the Member's bet was accepted during the suspension window due to a technical fault; or any other circumstance that renders fair settlement impossible.
betcas applies the following maximum single-transaction payout limits: Sports betting (single event) — Rp 500.000.000; Mix parlay — Rp 200.000.000; Slot games — Rp 300.000.000; Togel — Rp 100.000.000. Winnings exceeding these limits will be paid up to the applicable cap; the excess is forfeited. These limits are applied per settlement event, not per calendar day.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betcas Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

All content on the betcas Platform — including but not limited to the betcas brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of betcas or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in betcas's intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any betcas content without prior written authorisation from betcas. Unauthorised use of betcas intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betcas excludes all liability — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — for the following:
Where betcas's liability cannot be excluded entirely by law, betcas's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your betcas Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
betcas does not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, viruses, or interruptions, or that any specific game or market will be available at any given time. betcas makes no representations regarding the legality of accessing online gambling services in your jurisdiction — that determination is your sole responsibility.
betcas reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if betcas reasonably believes that:
You may request permanent closure of your Account at any time by contacting betcas support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds and any funds under investigation) will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
Upon permanent closure of your Account, all Bonus Funds and pending bonus-derived winnings are automatically forfeited. Your right to use the betcas Platform ceases immediately. betcas will retain your personal data for the period required by applicable data-retention obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which betcas is incorporated and licensed to operate internationally. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
betcas acknowledges that its primary user base consists of players located in Indonesia. Nothing in this Governing Law clause limits betcas's obligations to comply with applicable international anti-money-laundering standards or data protection requirements that may have extraterritorial effect in Indonesia. Members access the Platform on the understanding that they are responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their own jurisdiction and do so at their own risk.
betcas reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, betcas will provide notice to Members via the email address registered on their Account and/or through a prominently displayed notice on the Platform, at least 7 calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the betcas Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 11.2. betcas recommends that Members review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

When betcas amends these Terms, affected Members receive at least 7 calendar days' advance notice via email and an in-platform notification — giving you time to review changes and decide whether to continue using the platform.
